These terms explain how our website, membership and booking arrangements work. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Event organiser and ticket seller
Tgirl Club is the event organiser. GH Events is the ticket seller and receives ticket payments.

Membership and age requirements
Tgirl Club membership and events are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Membership is free. Events and classes may have separate charges, shown when booking.
Membership does not guarantee admission, a ticket or a class place. Member prices are available where advertised and subject to verification of your membership number and email address.
Please provide accurate information and contact us if your details change.
Bookings and payment
Payment for paid bookings is due at the time of booking. A submitted form or booking reference does not, by itself, prove that payment has been received.
Please check the event or class, date, ticket option, quantity and total before completing your booking.
Classes advertised as free still require a booking where stated, but no payment is due.
The event or class information and booking confirmation should identify the relevant organiser, payment recipient and any additional booking conditions.

Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel your booking, change your mind or are unable to attend, except where a refund is required by law.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Bookings made before this change retain the cancellation terms that applied when they were made.
Please provide your booking reference and payment confirmation.
This policy concerns a customer choosing not to attend. Separate class cancellation arrangements, where applicable, must be provided before booking.
Events or classes cancelled by Tgirl Club
If Tgirl Club cancels an event or class, an alternative may be offered or you can choose a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
Accepting an alternative is entirely your choice. You do not have to accept an alternative instead of a refund.
The customer-cancellation policy does not apply when Tgirl Club cancels.
For payments made directly to GH Events, use the contact details above to arrange your refund. For assistance, email support@tgirlclub.co.uk.
These arrangements do not affect your statutory rights.
Postponements and other changes
If an event or class is postponed, relocated or materially changed, contact the organiser or payment recipient for the available arrangements and any refund or other remedy to which you are entitled.
The customer-cancellation policy does not remove your statutory rights in these circumstances.
Ticket transfers
Tickets and bookings are non-transferable and cannot be given or resold to another person.
Contact us if you need to correct an error in a booking name. Correcting an error is different from transferring a booking to someone else.
Admission and alcohol
Events are for adults aged 18 or over.
Photo identification is not routinely requested for event admission. Bar staff may request photo identification to verify that you are aged 18 or over before selling alcohol.
Please follow the venue’s lawful safety instructions and rules during your visit.
Respect for other people
Please treat other guests, volunteers, venue staff and service providers respectfully.
Respect personal boundaries and consent. Do not photograph or record another person without their permission.
If you have a concern during an event, speak to venue staff or a hostess. For immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
Volunteers and support
Hostesses and other volunteers provide practical welcome and community support, subject to availability.
They do not provide counselling, diagnosis, medical advice or continuous personal care. General website information is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Website information and external services
We aim to keep event information, prices and practical details accurate. Check your booking confirmation and any event updates before travelling.
Public transport information may change; check current services with the operator before departure.
External links and embedded services, including Google Maps, are operated by other organisations and have their own terms and privacy arrangements.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle membership information, bookings, enquiries and newsletter preferences.
Marketing emails are optional and separate from necessary membership and booking communications.
Acceptable website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent bookings or harmful content.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your statutory rights concerning services remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services change. Updates will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing booking.
The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
